What is the minimum project size?
Our custom projects start from AED 100,000, whether that is a full penthouse or a kitchen, bathrooms and joinery.
Do you handle the building approvals?
Yes. We prepare the drawings and documents the building management usually asks for and plan the works around its rules.
Can you furnish the apartment as well?
Yes. Furniture, lighting, curtains and accessories are part of our scope, sourced through our network of manufacturers or made in our own production.
How long does a fit-out take?
It depends on the scope, the building’s rules and the joinery to be produced. After the survey we give you a dated programme.
